We’ve compiled a list of some of the most helpful business resources, including loans, grants, and foundations that can help you reach your full potential.

DCA LOANS

Our Community and Economic Development programs offer a variety of resources to help communities prepare for economic development, as well as create workforce housing. Business purposes include start-up costs, working capital, franchise fees, equipment, inventory, as well as the purchase, construction, renovation, or tenant improvements of an eligible place of business.

LOCAL REVOLVING LOAN FUND

The purpose of the Downtown Development Revolving Loan Fund is to assist cities, counties and development authorities in their efforts to revitalize and enhance downtown areas by providing below-market rate financing to fund capital projects in core historic downtown areas and adjacent historic neighborhoods where DD RLF will spur commercial redevelopment.

SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center offers a wide variety of services. Our services range from training, to consulting and international trade. Our services are available to both beginning entrepreneurs and experienced business owners looking to grow their business.
