Andalusia Farm

Visit the Milledgeville home of Flannery O’Connor where visitors may tour the home and the grounds that inspired the work of one of America’s most influential fiction writers.

 

 

Old Governor’s Mansion
Tour one of the finest examples of High Greek Revival architecture in the nation. With its stately columns and imposing facade, it served as the residence for Georgia’s chief executives for over 30 years spanning the antebellum, Civil War & early Reconstruction phases of GA history.

Thursdalusia! & Little Free Library Celebration

Andalusia Farm will unveil its Little Free Library, the latest addition to the Flannery O’Connor Book Trail, on Thursday Sept. 15, followed by an evening of live music, readings and refreshments at the last of the seasonal Third Thursday Thursdalusia! open mic evenings. The public is invited and admission is free.

This combined event will celebrate the latest in a series of 9 “Little Free Libraries,” designed to increase access to books for people in all communities along the trail.
