PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Milledgeville Main Street / Downtown Development Authority is pleased to be offering another round of the 50/50 Façade Match Program.  This program has helped several business owners to improve the façade of their building by providing reimbursements of up to $1,000. Improving the façade of your building not only helps beautify Historic Downtown Milledgeville but also makes your store or restaurant more appealing to customers.

 Please review the attached instructions and application.  If you’re interested, fill out the application and bring it by the Main Street office.  The applications will be reviewed and approved on a first come basis so please don’t wait to take advantage of up to $1000 reimbursement!  Please make sure to read the instructions carefully and feel free to give us a call with any questions. We truly look forward to seeing more of our downtown businesses/properties improve their façade!
